Senior Support Group

Are you over 55 years old, widowed, socially isolated, battling depression, grappling with feelings of hopelessness, or mourning the loss of a loved one? If so, you are not alone, and there is a welcoming community ready to offer support.

We invite you to join us for our first meeting on February 14th, where individuals facing similar challenges can come together in a safe and understanding environment. This gathering aims to provide a space for open conversations, mutual support, and the opportunity to connect with others who may share similar experiences.  Your presence can make a positive impact, and together, we can build a stronger, more resilient community.  We will meet bi-weekly.
