"Hearts of Hope" Street Outreach

We believe everyone deserves to know they are seen, loved, and not alone. Through "Hearts of Hope", we take to the streets with open hearts and 'Hope Bags' filled with non-perishable food and hygiene items, simple reminders that someone cares.

We go where people are: sidewalks, neighborhoods, and city blocks. We’re here to connect, to listen, to pray, and to bring the hope of Jesus through kindness and presence.

This is real, hands on ministry. Every conversation matters. Every person matters.
